Preparation:
Clean the salmon fillet.
Tip! Heat the curry paste in hot oil - this way the spices will come out more. Add Thai-Choice coconut cream and fish sauce to the curry paste, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the salmon fillet to the curry-coconut cream mixture and simmer under the lid for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. If you want to add spiciness, add curry paste until you achieve the desired result. Remove from heat and garnish with chilli slices, lime leaves and sprouts. Enjoy with jasmine rice!
