Preparation:
Mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and minced garlic in a bowl. Check the flavors and add lime juice, rice vinegar or soy sauce if necessary. Place the chicken in the marinade. Make sure the meat is completely covered in the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least a couple of hours. Grease the grill with oil and grill the chicken legs on both sides for a few minutes until the meat is cooked through. You can use a grill rack for grilling. When serving, you can sprinkle more lime juice on the meat and sprinkle fresh herbs on top. Serve with a fresh salad.
