You will need:

  • 2 tbsp Tom Yum soup paste
  • 5dl of water or broth
  • 1/2-1 chili pepper, chopped
  • A little lemongrass, sliced
  • 300g raw tiger prawn tails
  • 300g salmon fillet
  • 200g brown champignons
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Kaffir lime leaves, if desired

  • 2 dl Thai Choice coconut cream Thai Choice Coconut Cream

  • Lime juice
  • A little sugar, if needed
  • Fresh coriander to serve

Thanks to the Thai Choice Tom Yum soup paste, this spicy soup with a sour undertone is particularly easy and quick to prepare. Without exaggerating, the soup is ready in a matter of minutes. Just add the ingredients you like and adjust the taste of the soup to your liking.

Preparation:

Heat a little oil in the bottom of the pot and quickly sauté the chili pepper and lemongrass in the oil. Add the soup paste and stock or water. Bring to a boil and then add the shrimp, salmon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. If you use kaffir lime, add that too. Boil for a few minutes and then add fish sauce and coconut cream. Bring to a boil. Season with lime juice, add a little sugar if you wish, so that the flavors come together beautifully. Add fresh coriander when serving.
