Preparation:
Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the onion, chop the chicken and mushrooms. Bring the water or broth to a boil and add ½ can of Thai Choice Tom Kha soup paste, lime leaves, shredded chicken, onions and mushrooms. Boil for a few minutes. Add Thai Choice coconut cream, Thai Choice fish sauce, season with salt and sugar and bring to a boil. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes. Garnish with chili and fresh coriander.
Enjoy with jasmine rice!
