Preparation:
Rinse the rice under running water. Soak covered with water for 4-6 hours. Drain the rice in a sieve and rinse. Put the rice in a saucepan and add 4 dl of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and then simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Remove from the stove and cool.
To prepare the sauce, put all the ingredients needed for the sauce in a saucepan and heat while stirring until the sauce thickens a little, but do not boil. Allow to cool to room temperature.
When serving, put rice in a bowl, pour coconut cream on top and decorate with mango pieces. Add coconut flakes as well.
