Preparation:
Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add salt (if needed) and freshly ground black pepper to the marinade.
Clean the pork tenderloin of any membranes and slice it thinly with a sharp knife. Place the pork slices in the marinade and let them marinate for at least an hour.
Thread the marinated pork onto wooden skewers. To do this, fold each slice in half and then thread it onto the skewer. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for a couple of minutes on each side until the meat is cooked through. Pork tenderloin cooks quite quickly, so be careful not to overcook it.
Serve immediately, and consider offering sweet chili sauce or another dipping sauce alongside.
