Preparation:
For the marinade, mix together garlic, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, sesame oil and chopped green onion. Put the chicken wings in the marinade and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, remove excess marinade and place on a hot grill. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Baste the meat with the remaining marinade while it cooks. You can cover the chicken with foil on the grill in the meantime so that it cooks more evenly. Serve immediately and top with sweet chili sauce.
