Preparation:
Put the garlic, coriander, fish sauce, sriracha, sesame oil with a little water in a blender or food processor and process to a smooth paste. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Then stick the vegetables on skewers and grill on a hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning the skewers from time to time, until the vegetables are ready. The vegetable may remain slightly crunchy.
Serve immediately with your favorite sauce either as an independent dish or as a side dish to meat, fish or seafood dishes.
